Cocohagen Barista is a luxurious, organic, and plant-based cocoa truffle with large roasted almonds from Spain, black coffee, and 100% pure cocoa from Callebaut.

It started as an exclusive summer variant in the summer of 2020, where the team at Cocohagen had been testing continuously to achieve the perfectly balanced flavor, where the coffee is present but still allows the taste of pure cocoa and umami from the large roasted almonds to shine through. It quickly won over everyone's taste buds and also took first place as the year's tastiest confectionery at Sol Over Gudhjem (see below). As summer came to an end, there was no doubt; Barista had to become a part of the permanent range at Cocohagen.

Like the rest of Cocohagen's range, Cocohagen Barista is produced in Humlebæk, exclusively using natural ingredients, without added sugar, additives, or preservatives. It is both gluten and lactose-free. 100% organic and plant-based.

On Saturday, June 20, 2020, Cocohagen won the Sol Over Gudhjem Product Award with Cocohagen Barista. With the judges' assessment and award, Cocohagen achieved an essential milestone on the journey to create the absolute tastiest confectionery for the health-conscious and quality-focused foodie – entirely without added sugar and additives. Of course, without compromising on taste and sensory quality.
