All of our parcels are sent with Swiss Post and are packed with love in Thurgau, Switzerland. We currently only ship exclusively in Switzerland/Liechtenstein. Orders are typically sent out twice per week, but we try to make sure that orders get shipped as soon as possible.

How We Sustainably Pack Your Order 

To keep our footprint low, we often use recycled or secondhand packing materials. We never purchase plastic filler. If you do find bubble wrap in your parcel, it means we’ve reused it from a shipment we received or from local partners who would’ve otherwise thrown it away.

It might not always look perfect, but it helps avoid waste. We try not to buy extra filling material when we can, not to cut costs, but because we care more about reusing what already exists instead of creating perfectly matching packaging. As long as your order arrives safe and sound, that’s what counts. Thank you for understanding, and for supporting a more sustainable way of shipping products.
