Shipping policy

Shipping area

We currently deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. The same shipping rates apply to both countries.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 20:00 are normally dispatched on the next business day. We dispatch from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Occasionally, an order may be dispatched sooner, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates

For orders below CHF 150 after discounts:

  • PostPac Economy: CHF 7.50
  • PostPac Priority: CHF 9.00

For orders of CHF 150 or more after discounts:

  • PostPac Economy: free
  • PostPac Priority: CHF 2.00

After dispatch, PostPac Economy normally takes around two business days and PostPac Priority around one business day. These delivery times are estimates provided by Swiss Post and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

All orders sent by post include tracking. You will receive the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free local delivery

Free local delivery is available with no minimum order in the following postcodes:

8580, 8581, 8582, 8585, 8586, 8587, 8590, 8592, 8593, 8594, 8595 and 8597.

Local orders are normally delivered within two business days, although same-day delivery may sometimes be possible. The order will be left in your mailbox or, if the parcel is too large and the entrance is accessible, at your front door.

Local deliveries are made personally and do not include Swiss Post tracking.

Customer pickup

We do not currently offer customer pickup.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Please contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. We will change it before dispatch where possible or try to contact Swiss Post after dispatch. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Packaging

We pack around 95% of orders using paper-based materials. Plastic filling material is used only rarely, and when it is, we reuse clean material from incoming deliveries.
